Phillip Gedeon has over 15 years of experience at the district and state level in public and charter school and currently serves as the Chief of Schools for Leadership Public Schools in Oakland, CA. His strengths and expertise include but are not limited to: implementing common core standards in all subjects, designing and facilitating highly effective professional development, supporting instructional coaches, developing a school-wide co-teaching model, and increasing graduation rates.
